Mindy Templeton
After spending 15 years in the insurance/sales industry climbing the corporate ladder, Mindy realized one day she had climbed a ladder that she didn’t even want to be on in the first place. From missing 1st days of school and soccer games to her earning potential being capped by what others were willing to pay her, and having to request days off, it wasn’t aligned with her values. Since then, she has taken the plunge to go full-time as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry.
As a Buyer, Mindy realizes and values the trust homeowners put into her hands. It is her mission to meet sellers where they are, willing to help with quick, last-minute concerns. One example where she even went so far as to rent a dumpster and help one of her clients clean out her property for sale. Mindy recognizes the challenges of selling your home and focuses on personal relationships with her clients to help them navigate through this transitional period.
Mindy is committed to her community hosting local meetups and running her non-profit "Hand Up". An opportunity to offer people a hand up out of a tough situation by providing them with temporary housing, transportation, or groceries. Essentials that support future success and independence in their lives.
